Wednesdays 07.30 until 08.30

Start your day with a calmer mind. Suitable for those with a basic knowledge of mindfulness of breathing and metta bhavana (loving kindness) meditation practices. Class free but if you wish to make a donation it would be appreciated.

Dharma (study) Night

Thursdays 19:00 - 21:30

Suitable for those that have some understanding of the Dharma as covered in our level 1 and level 2 courses.

There may also be occasional events on Thursday evenings which will be individually publicised

We are here for anyone who wants to deepen their practice and their friendships with others who come regularly to the Buddhist Centre. It‘s about Buddhism for everyone.
