Start your day with a calmer mind. Suitable for those with a basic knowledge of mindfulness of breathing and metta bhavana (loving kindness) meditation practices. Class free but if you wish to make a donation it would be appreciated.

Dharma (study) Night


Thursdays 19:00 - 21:30

Suitable for those that have some understanding of the Dharma as covered in our level 1 and level 2 courses.

There may also be occasional events on Thursday evenings which will be individually publicised

We are here for anyone who wants to deepen their practice and their friendships with others who come regularly to the Buddhist Centre. It‘s about Buddhism for everyone.

Thursday 19:00-21:30 Dharma study Night The next six week module will start on Thursday the 24th January. The module will be on Buddhist Ethics as covered in year one of the Mitra study book and with be lead by Carumani. This module is suitable for those that have some understanding of the Dharma as covered in our level 1 and level 2 courses. Note the 19:00 start. Dharma study Night Page
