Our Open Days are a chance to get
a taste of meditation and an introduction to Buddhist ideas and practice. We introduce how these can be of benefit in
a modern life. These days are a great way of introducing yourself to
the Buddhist Centre and preparing for one of our Introductory classes.
They are usually timed to run just prior to a new Part 1 course
starting. You can also come along any Wednesday at 7.30 for our Newcomers' Night where you can sample
meditation and take part in a discussion group.
