Open Days

Next Date: 30th September 2017

A great chance to get a taste of meditation and an introduction to Buddhist ideas and practice. We introduce how these can be of benefit in a modern life.

Open days are a great way of introducing yourself to the Buddhist Centre and preparing for one of our Introductory classes. These days are usually timed to run just prior to the start of a new Part 1 course (see Classes page for details).

But don't feel you have to wait for an Open Day, you are welcome to come along to our Newcomers' Night, 7pm any Wednesday where you can sample meditation and take part in a discussion group.

A chance to see our centre, and to learn about and discuss buddhism.

It will be a warm and friendly atmosphere - do come!

30th Sept 10:00-16:00

Programme will include:

10:00-11:00 Visit from the Mayor of Ipswich, Sarah Barber.

11:00-15:00 Talks, disussions, trial meditations.

15:00-16:00 Mindful yoga.

Refreshments during the day.
