Early Morning Meditations

Wednesdays 07.30 until 08.30

Start your day with a calmer mind

Suitable for those with a basic knowledge of mindfulness of breathing and metta bhavana (loving kindness) meditation practices. Class free but if you wish to make a donation it would be appreciated.

Dharma (study) Night

Thursdays 19:00 - 21:30

Delving deeper on Thursday evenings

Suitable for those that have some understanding of the Dharma as covered in our level 1 and level 2 courses.

There may also be occasional events on Thursday evenings which will be individually publicised

We are here for anyone who wants to deepen their practice and their friendships with others who come regularly to the Buddhist Centre. It‘s about Buddhism for everyone.

Friday Practice Night

Fridays 19:30-21:15

Shubha leads most of the Friday evenings. This class has an emphasis on the symbols and rituals of Buddhism that aid us engage and practice Buddhism. All welcome who know Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana mediations.Tea from 19:00. No charge but donations welcome.
