Introduction to Buddhism and Meditation

Would you like to lead a happier, less stressful, life and create a world you would like to live in? Then come along to our Introductory classes to learn about Buddhism and Meditation at the Ipswich Buddhist Centre.

Sessions are held every week, all year round, on Wednesday evenings 19.30-21.30 and Saturday mornings 10.30-12.30.

You will be introduced to two meditation practices and, after a short tea break, learn about an aspect of Buddhism that can help you in your everyday life.

The classes are open to all, those who have no experience of Buddhism and Meditation and those who have some experience - there is always more to learn.

The classes are free but donations are welcome, and there is no need to book in advance.

So, do come and along and enjoy the welcoming atmosphere..
